Check your passport expiration date

If your passport expires earlier than 6 months before traveling (Dec 2025), it must be renewed! Renew a valid passport by mail.

Don’t have a passport?

Getting a new passport can sometimes take up to 2-3 months so don’t wait until the last minute! You can schedule an appointment at the post office to complete the application. Just bring an ID and birth certificate to your appointment.

Get your passport photo

You need to submit 2 photos with any mail-in passport application. The easiest way is usually to just get them done at a CVS or Walgreens.

Last minute?

If its after Valentine’s Day, you probably waited too long to submit your passport application. That’s ok! You can rush a passport application with FedEx.
